SAN FRANCISCO DECORATORS SHOWCASE
Every spring, an iconic San Francisco Victorian mansion opens its doors, and the city's most celebrated interior designers each take a room and make it entirely their own. The SF Decorator Showcase has been a landmark event for over 50 years, drawing design lovers, collectors, and press from across the country, and every ticket sold benefits the San Francisco University High School financial aid program, which has distributed over $21 million to students across 53 Bay Area zip codes since 1977.
This year, we partnered with Davis Gonthier Public Relations to design a handful of designers' Showcase press cards, the printed piece that keeps a designer's room front of mind for editors and journalists from publications like Architectural Digest and the Wall Street Journal, hoping to catch the eye of press long after they leave the house. Featured here is Sindhu Peruri of Peruri Design Company, whose room Ishara weaves Indian heritage craft, hand-painted frescoes, mirrorwork, and enamel-encrusted metalwork into a bespoke contemporary living room that feels both deeply rooted and entirely of the moment.
PRESS CARD DESIGN
Also from this year's Showcase, Jeffrey Neve of Jeffrey Neve Interior Design took on two rooms, both of which were highlighted in his press card designs. Double Standard, a kids' room where layered details balance imagination with refinement, anchored by a fireplace finished in Emperador Dark Polished Marble that grounds the space with a rich, timeless presence. His Jack & Jill Bathroom is equally considered, a vibrant, pattern-rich space where marble, mosaic, and a confident use of color come together with real charm and intention.
