Project Management

We’re Suz and Kari — creative partners, problem solvers, and design obsessives. For more than 20 years, we’ve built brands, designed live experiences, and crafted visual stories that transform spaces and captivate attention.

Whether it’s a Grammy-winning artist, a global sports brand, or a large-scale music festival — our work connects visual storytelling with physical experience, creating moments that captivate audiences and elevate each brand’s presence in the real world.

Color Punch is born from our shared passion for bold color, strategic thinking, and immersive creative experiences. From the latest digital techniques to hands-on artistic approaches, we create visuals as dynamic and dimensional as the brands behind them.

With dynamic and complementary skill sets, we approach every project with an obsessively keen eye for detail and a commitment to collaborative partnership that truly syncs with your vision.

Clients come to us not only for our ideas but because we make the creative process collaborative, enjoyable, and highly efficient. We listen carefully, help sharpen your vision, and work alongside you to deliver designs that exceed expectations — every time.

Founders Suzannah Snell and Kari Petsche have been immersed in art and music since early on. Suz attended the Savannah College of Art and Design and began working with the visual design team at major music festivals while still in school. She went on to become a Creative Director at Superfly Presents, where she led the design for some of the nation’s most iconic events, including Outside Lands, Bonnaroo, and Vegoose.

Kari studied design at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and started her career as a designer and motion graphics animator at McFarlane Toys. She later served as Art Director at Dixon Schwabl Advertising before joining the design team at Superfly. There, she and Suz worked closely together for many years, developing a strong creative rhythm — and a lasting friendship.

After years of sharpening their skills, building creative momentum, and knowing that great work often requires bold moves, Suz and Kari launched Color Punch in 2016.

We recently got the opportunity to be interviewed about our most meaningful projects, our history and lives as working artists, and what drives our creative journey.

We have fifteen posters included in the Chase Center gallery and were invited to create an artist profile piece which was really fun to make! Thank you to the Chase Center, the Golden State Warriors, Another Planet Entertainment and Adobe for this incredible honor!

#repost @chase_center - Celebrating this incredible women-owned, Oakland-based, creative studio! We are so honored to have them be a part of Chase Center Art Collection presented by @Adobe
